HIK Vision No Password - Factory reset - Re-enable camera issues

Hi All -I recently bought a new house and I was very impressed with the camera system installed that I agreed to pay for this to be left behind. However, although the cameras were working when I turn on the DVR I couldn't manage it as I couldn't obtain the password, even after several attempts to retrieve this from the previous owner. So I decided to run a factory reset.
