Dahua doorbell Intercom network issue

I am currently having network issues with my Dahua VTO2202F doorbell camera connected to Dahua NVR PoE port. I cannot use the DMSS app intercom function, as the doorbell camera is plugged into the NVR PoE port and it is assigned the IP 10.0.0.50. I think the doorbell needs to be in the same IP (192.168.0.x) in order for it to work. The solution I have thought of is adding a separate switch plugged into the router just for this doorbell camera, however I would prefer to have everything...
