Dahua NVR activate NetAlarm using HTTP API

I'm trying to activate a net alarm on Dahua NVR-608-32-4KS2 (V4.002.0000000.2.R, Build Date: 2023-02-20)
Using latest HTTP API guide I could find: DAHUA_HTTP_API_3.37

I sent this:

https://10.0.0.200/cgi-bin/netAlarm.cgi?action=setState&channel=1&alarm=true

then entered my Username...
