hello I am having an issue with exporting video from nvr. I select clip using scissors download starts and 3/4 way it shows a red x and failed to export. I am exporting over wifi on Mac. This is a new problem as it was working when I tried a few weeks ago. nvr web software version v3.2.7.147361. system version v4.002.0000000.3.r. I am using a new Mac book but was able to export on old matchbook. Do I need a software update? thanks for any help
